Drake’s moving home!
Drake’s plans for a Bridle Path mansion were just approved by Toronto’s Committee of Adjustments
There’s been a lot of promises about Americans moving to Canada (mostly in retaliation should Donald Trump actually win the race for the U.S. Presidency).
But a few celebs appear to really love our good ol’ Northern lights Canuck ways, Trump or no Trump.
For instance, CottageLife.com states that a number of top celebs continue to own and cottage near Muskoka, Ont., including:
Martin Short, who owns a place on Lake Rosseau
Jim Carrey, who cottages on Baptiste Lake
Steven Spielberg, who summers in Muskoka
Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, who own a retreat on Lake Rosseau
Kate Hudson, who also owns in Muskoka
Donald Sutherland, who keeps a place in Georgeville
Tom Hanks, who has a place near Muskoka, and
Halle Berry, who cottages in Saint-Hippolyte.
But the latest celeb to set down roots in Canada is actually a born and bred Canadian. Singer, producer and actor Drake has just gotten approval for his Bridle Path neighbourhood mansion, according to a number of news sources.
